SHIPPING & RETURNS
We take about 2-7 business days to create products. Then you should add shipping times on top of that. Speed all depends on product type and destination.
All orders are quality checked after creation and then shipped. An email notification will be sent to you when you order has been shipped. You should expect to receive your order within 3-5 working days after this process. During holiday/sale periods (black friday & boxing day) please expect a slight delay due to the volume of orders.
97.66% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than half of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less.
Do all items in orders always ship together?
Each item we ship may have different delivery times. This is because some products are packaged and shipped separately.
Who pays the customs duties & taxes?
Shipments outside of Europe or specific products, which are manufactured and shipped from the USA, may incur customs fees depending on the destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors based on the product itself. As the customer you are responsible for these fees. Any fees are paid to appropriate customs agency by the end customer.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please contact us at email@example.com stating your order number and photographic evidence for us to provide to our supplier. The return address will be provided to you by our returns team. When we receive the returned shipment, an email notification will be sent to you.
If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself.
We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse or size exchanges. If you would like to discuss this further then please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with the email subject containing the words ‘Unwanted Items’ followed by your order number, e.g. (Unwanted Items #048394).
